Swipe the white menu up
Put your finger near the bottom of the white menu and swipe upward. Keep going past the rows of people and app icons.

Tap Add to Home Screen
Then tap Add in the top-right corner. That’s it.

Tap the three dots
They are at the top-right corner of Chrome.

It may say Add to Home screen instead.
